Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Indoera tags still attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
